About these terms

Welcome to Bubble — a private space to share photos with the people you love, on a cadence that suits you. By creating an account or using Bubble, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; if we do, we'll prompt you to review them on next sign-in.

Who can use Bubble

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By tapping "Create account" you confirm you're 13 or older. If you're under the age your country sets as the data-protection age (16 in much of the EU, 13 in the UK and US), please don't use Bubble. We may suspend or remove accounts that appear to belong to under-age users.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens on your account, including keeping your password safe. We use the email address you give us to send verification, password resets, and important service notices — not marketing.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, captions, and comments you post. By posting, you grant us a limited licence to store, resize, and serve them to the people in your bubble — and to nobody else. We don't sell your content or train AI on it, and we don't share its contents with our ad partner (see the Privacy Policy). You can delete anything at any time; deleting your account removes everything.

How you treat other people

Bubble is for friends sharing with friends. You agree not to use it to harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or share content that's hateful, sexually explicit, or violates someone else's rights. You also agree not to spam, scrape, or try to reverse-engineer the service. We take reports seriously and may suspend or remove accounts that breach these rules.

Things that can happen to your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings — your content is removed and your friends see you disappear. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, are inactive for an extended period, or where we're required to by law. We'll give you reasonable notice unless that isn't safe (for example, if continuing would put others at risk).

No warranty

Bubble is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we don't promise it's bug-free, always available, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties — but nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can't legally be excluded.

Liability

If something goes wrong and you suffer a loss, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We don't exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. (If you're a consumer based elsewhere, you may have rights under your local law that this clause doesn't override.)
